To achieve this goal we commit to:
- Carry out a ‘Risk Assessment’ on our customer’s business premises before commencing the contract, as well as regular site visits to check on any changes in the working environment to enable work to be performed safely and efficiently.
- Provide training and up-to-date information on health and safety to our staff to ensure they are aware of their environmental responsibilities and their role in working towards a better environment.
- Ensure all employees to familiarise themselves with the procedures to be followed in the event of a fire or similar emergency at the premises where they are working.
- Maintain on-site environmental pollution prevention control measures.
- Ensure that all our employees must comply with the health and safety rules and regulations as well as wearing appropriate protective clothes that relevant to the place of work.
- Ensure that safe work methods are used at all times.
- Co-operate with our customers in keeping the work environment safe.
- Accurately report and record any incidents or injuries or near miss incidents and continually improve our services to minimize these incidents
- Ensure that any employee suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be suspended and subject to the Company’s disciplinary procedures. Smoking is always prohibited during business hours.
